Probably not. I say that because microwave radiation is considered 
to be *non-ionizing* but of course anything is ionizing if you get 
too much of it perhaps...

I have done the salt+tap water routine and there still seems to be 
a subjective difference between that and the treated water - but 
it is not nearly so great as I was expecting from first runs.
