This does not sound promising at all. Maybe I am too trusting of 
people like Frank Giroux, who is getting nearly 100 mpg on a 
Saturn

Actually that claim was documented in a race, but you can fool 
anyone if you are clever enough. My associate pretty much copied 
his design.

Did the device you worked with have the neutral plate design or 
the regular BG design?

What happened to promoters? Was it from Eagle?

There has been a bunch of positive reports on the net lately 
(meaning nothing really), but my associate who is a local inventor 
and professor has built one is honestly claiming a 20-30% boost 
and he is not at all given to exaggeration.

Do you think the techniques have improved that much in just a 
couple of years, or that there are just a lot of con artists out 
there? Maybe I am falling into a "want-to-believe" trap myself ?
