Yeah, that was Kozyrevs claim. It has been shown
by many researchers that simply spinning up a gyro
will not show weight changes. Kozyrev also shows
a null result when he simply spins up a gyro.
Also very important to the Kozyrev claim, and generally ignored, is
that he claims an absolute orientation is necessary
to see the effect. That point in the sky, by the
way, is where what is now known as the Great Attractor
is located. I don't think this is an accident.
Of course, I don't really see the connection of that
to this field mill circuit. I think we're sort of
comparing apples and oranges here.

Yup. For what it's worth, I seem to remember looking for
SCSI drives because the motor controller can be forced
on by setting jumpers. It's just generally a good idea
to gather scrap drives and strip them for parts. You
get some very nice magnets and a motor, even if the controller
is busted. Buy a set of cheap screwdrivers from RatShack,
you'll need the specialty star shaped ones to take drives apart.
Also, the magnets can be freed from the iron housing with
a razor blade. Just slip the edge under the magnet, and
the bond will snap easily.
