Hi Terry,

You should consider building another cell as a control.
Unpowered, and suspended in another tub. Although
on thinking about it a bit I have to ask myself
what is being controlled for???

Right now what is carrying the current is whatever
ionic impurities are in the cell.

For what it's worth, it's hard for me to imagine
any sort of adhesive not eventually ending up
in solution.

I don't know if everyone here is on Vortex; but, I thought it should be here.  Maybe we can speculate on those bubbles forming on
the teflon surface near the anode.

The voltage is 9.15 VDC with an apparent 21.7 mVAC ripple.  The current has dropped to 1.3 mA after roughly 1 hr 40 min.
