**************You know, that same principle might
apply to aves and mammals (other than people) too. 
Maybe to "bird ears" there is a cacophany emitted from
below just by the expansions and contractions from
sunlight, wind, and pesky hominids.  I was hoping one
of them might levitate when ringing, or at least jump
a wee bit and spook me.  But sadly, nah.  Coral Castle
blocks these apparently weren't...:)

ago did that.  It would have been tempting, but the

***************Yeah, really! To be honest, I couldn't
help but keep seeing in my mind's eye a host of
scraggly troglodytes crawling across the boulders to
the tunes of Led Zep.
