Well then, good luck! Tell us how it all works out.

FWIW, I think if you want to see your dreams become reality you will
either have to do the work yourself, or invest your own money. At
least, this has been my experience. I did that work in '92 to
satisfy my own curiousity about the nature of the water arc,
and pretty well nailed down all the parameters that went into
the phenomena. Of course, it's always of interest to me to
see how other workers in the field fare. And I understand
entirely why it has to be the way you describe.
