Hey guys,

Someone help jog my memory.

There is a popular article that has been circulating for years in 
alternative energy circles - called "Steam Electricity". Here is the page:

My question is: has anyone verified any of this? I have a vague memory 
of Fred Sparber talking about it. My mail to Fred keeps bouncing.

Maybe it was Nick? Anyway, there are some interesting ramifications to 
this basic idea wrt to an ICE.
