[NewCandle] Steam electricity

Hey Jones,

Glad to see das Gnu-Kandle is alive!

I have to confess, I've not worked at all with steam
electricity.  Must have been Frederick.  Hope he is
well.  Neat sounding effect, though.  Many moons ago,
I had tried a couple variations of the Kelvin water
dropper, as most self respecting ESD heads would. 
Never had a lot of luck with them, sadly, but hey.

Still hydrolysis-futzing around with aluminum in salt
water, myself.  It seems like there is a boundary of
total mass of aluminum foil beyond which enough heat
is generated to drive the reaction onward into a fair
consumption of the aluminum, before she caps herself
with oxides.
