[NewCandle] Fred's comment about battery mass.

Count me in also. I can rig this up on Monday when I
am back at the lab. One of my balances should be just
the ticket - I have a wonderful Denver that has a 3kg
load limit with a .01g resolution.
If all of this is being chalked up to the earth's
e-field (s) then shouldn't there be an enormous
attenuation if you are inside of a typical lab or
office building; or even house? What location does
Fred do this experiment in?
