Thanks for all the excellent input.

We have located an RF expert to help with this, and
are in the process of haggling over the fee, and
deciding on the best prototype to use.

I'm going to go nuts with out some definitive answer
one way or the other. And that is before receiving my
Christmas fruitcake ("regifted" from last year ;-)

In the mean time, anyone have a comment, or
reservation, about using the "Bird" line of
Wattmeters/Ammeters to help determine the best board
to submit? 

This kind of thing seems to be the Bird niche.
