Yes and no.

I contacted Horace a few months ago as he had taken
down his website. Some time went by, and I finally
got a very short reply that he had replaced the site,
which in fact he had. Otherwise, no word. I was
worried that he might be ill, but that was not 
then the case. Here's the site.
