Yes but it is slower-going than anticipated. The first week or two of results last Fall were incredible; and seemed to be clearly OU, but since then it has been a slow process to try to understand and control the parameters. Sound familiar ?? 

Most of the fall-off relates to the catalyst in one way or another.  

Since I am part of a group effort on this now, many of the details and especially those which were researched by my colleagues are not public. At least not  until we can determine how we are going to proceed. We are still hoping that  Congress will  set up the "H-Prize" and make the effort worthwhile - after which it will all go into the public domain.

The main proprietary device is the method of enrichment.
