If I understand this correctly, the input is basically the random
thermal variations, some of which can be far more energetic than
the average temp of the whole. Then as you might say, the real challenge is
in concentrating of the product to a usable form without wasting
all the "free" energy.
Exactamundo, K. You are so quick on the uptake that it is a wonder you haven't stumbled onto OU yet <G> or maybe you have.
Actually this is NOT real overunity, per se, but energy extraction from ambient. Anyway - note that although H2O and water are infinitely miscible, there is a HUGE density difference (specific gravity more precisely). That is one thing which few people realize... but it is a key to success IF more can be overlaid onto it.
That is - because S.G. is not enough by itself to separate the much denser component by centrifugation (regrettably but as we all know Mother Nature is no pushover) --- plus also it should be stated up front that the "free" equilibrium level is itself rather low ... ergo success seems daunting. You have "low but instantaneous" natural free level pitted against the need to rapidly enrich to a high percentage , but at low energy input expenditure. Get it?
BUT the good news, and the only crack in the wall, is that the low-but-free peroxide level (at equilibrium) is also self-adjusting almost instantaneously: self balancing so when you remove any peroxide preferentially, it is replaced as if by magic, thereby lowering the temperature of the remainder as with a true Maxwell's Demon. Superoxidation may be the only real "Demon-capable" situation to work on/with - in all of Nature.
There are also differences in other physical properties of peroxide ...and that is basically the tactic we are pursuing: combining and overlaying the enormous density (SG) variation with one or more other physical separation methods - but at the same time! The goal is to continuously enrich to a medium grade of 40-45% in no more than two linked steps and to do so in the range of several gallons per hour for home power and home auto refueling. Ideally the hope is add a few kWHr of input continuously (24/7) and perhaps get free air conditioning in the summer months (in my dreams at least)
And I have already said too much to the quick minds here, but to be honest, I would rather seen "anyone" be successful, then to see this 'great concept' fail for missing some key technique (and lack of resources mainly). I doubt if any of it is patentable by itself (and some of it is "borrowed" from the patents of others) except maybe as a "systems approach" of linking several already patented techniques into one unique method.
