[NewCandle] Gallium for Al H2O reaction rate

Looks like 99.99% (actually low grade stuff as far as
semiconductor use goes) gallium is roughly $2000US per
kilo.  3N and in bulk?  Dunno.  Probably one could get
down to around $1000/kilo.  Wonder how much it takes
to form the amalgum with Al..?
