[NewCandle] Structured running water?

Not so sure (unless I am misunderstanding the implications). For one 
thing, stagnant water in the pipes ought to be picking up metal ions, 
right? ... that would make it more conductive, not less. For another 
thing, the cell producing more gas is NOT drawing more current, is it? 
My feeble memory was that it was slightly less current.

Can dissociation-resistance, if there is such a variable, be derived 
from a less-linear water structure (due 'sitting' instead of 'running'), 
regardless of conductivity?
