We could be waiting a long time for that. I'd be happy with a
calibrated measurement of light output. This is something I think
that Nick might be able to help with.

Not sure what you mean. If you are suggesting paralleling multiple
LED's, I think that one LED in the grouping would tend to hog the current unless
you carefully matched the voltages of all the LED's in that group.

I almost hate to say this, but yes I have. It was invented by Professor Newton for Rocky Jones
and his copilot Winky to cloak their spaceship in "Manhunt in Space".
According to his assistant Bobby, cold light should not be used indiscriminately
because "the gamma rays could be fatal to those who use it."
