[NewCandle] Cold Electricty

I was suggesting it be done, I wasn't about to do it.
You know, I do take this IP stuff seriously. Seriously. (grin).
The thing about disconnecting the generator is the first
really intriguing thing you've written about this circuit.
But the whole circuit seems designed to be a receiver
for some external source. An unbiased researcher
would be needed now to get the ball any farther. As George
mentioned, getting these basic effects are easy, but
getting the power isn't. I can definitely see why people
would take a conservative stance after viewing those vids.
BTW, Ron mentions the winding wire in the paper you sent me.
It's called Litz wire, if you're looking to put together
a parts list.

No please. He asked me NOT to do that. He has already
had attacks on the site which put it down for extended
periods.

That is a SigGen which can be disconnected after
startup. Someone here can probably figure out a way to
substitue a xtal in its place anyway.

AHA! that is a very good question. As I understand it,
when probes are inserted around one of them there is
a regular voltage BUT NO current.
My problem is that much of my thinking was based on
earlier incarnations, and this last one (with all the
LEDs in series) seems different.
Once again, I suspect that the LEDs are somehow an
active part, cohereing some power in concert with the
cores - not merely a 'load'. Sounds crazy but I have
good reason for this.
