I am working on two possible rationales that make
sense but only to those who suspect that some ZPE
frequencies may be taped.
The most important theoretical concept is Dicke's
"lock-in" amplifier theory and the related concept of
Dicke-Preparata super-radiance.
Add in 'negative resistance' as being the "window"
where ZPE is sensed - and there you have it - in
short.
This phenomena may have already been witnessed in the
literature in what is known as VCNR diodes, which are
a type of LED in which voltage controls a negative
resistance spectrum.
Ever hear of these anyone?
