I guess the most I can say for now is that it's
probably a more complex reaction than I suspect, with
the commercial NaCl in the water, as well as possible
influences from the plastic as well.
Thanks very much, Keith, for posting these. When she
takes off, she takes off.
Sam and I are trying maybe two more embodiments. One
will be in a more robust steel vessel, the other will
be in a polypropylene lined steel can that will have
pressure relief ports, a condenser, backflash
arrestor, flow meter, and a simple height operated
distilled water make-up. As hydrogen goes, she's
steamy and sloppy and probably laced with some Cl or
HCl too.
