Hi Keith.

With the aid of Josef we drilled the Quality Float Co.,105 gram
copper float down through the
1.4-20 internal thread spud with a 3/16ths drill and suspended it on a
4 foot thread
between our 1/2 inch OD x 8 inch copper tube electrodes spaced .

To our surprise it started to spin picking up speed. When 12 volts DC
to the electrodes (spaced 4 inches apart) was switched on it slowed
down and reversed spin direction.Switched off it slowed and reversed.

After watching these repeated antics we filled it with 150 grams of
water from the
filtered water tap. The spin effects continued at a slower rate, but
after about an hour with the voltage on the electrodes it quit.

The float pulled slightly toward the positive electrode indicating a
slight negative charge.

Analysis??

Fred
