[NewCandle] Martin Tajmar update

Hi All,

No doubt, many of you are wondering what became of Martin
Tajmars remarkable work for the ESA developing a bench top
frame-dragging experiment. Well, it seems Scott Little and associates
have decided to try a replication. You can find out more

Of immediate interest are bibliographies that include other

Unfortunately, the difficulty and expense of working with liquid He precludes
any easy experiments for us to do. But I'm delighted to see
Scott take a swing at this, it's begging for experimentalists to
jump in. Perhaps a little blue sky thinking might produce some
alternate experiment that _is_ easier to accomplish ( I could
see working with the He if I didn't need to physically rotate
the superconductor ).
