Sorry for not doing this response in the proper way but moving stuff
from machine to machine sometimes creates problems.

Ive continued also to play with the Thomas Oscillator
driven LEDs, four banks worth. The primary focus
there has been to define that the system as I am using
it, does appear to have two essential antenna points
that depending on external connections there, can
produce high efficiency of coupling and the peculiar
pseudo OU effect with simultaneous metering of
battery input and LED DC output sides. What I call
Antenna A is a connection to the V+ to the
oscillator. This seems to be an RF antenna a
connection to the plate, so to speak. Antenna B is
stranger this is more like a capacitive device
coupling mode attached to the anode side of the AV
plug, which for all four LED strings is jumpered
common.

The interaction between Antenna A and Antenna B is
critical. But for the life of me, I still havent
figured out what the hell it is doing. Ive tried
putting some of Sam Failes extended non-inductive
coil arrays on A, and some large area capacitance or
even foil lined cavities on B. Criss crossed wires,
loosely coupled pieces of foil and screen. Sometimes
Ive gotten bizarre numbers that give the impression
of COP 1.62. At other couplings, the % eff seems more
real-world, and is anywhere between 45% and 95%.

Nick (If I may address you this way), I see that you have reached the
house of many mirrors.

First the Thomas and Callahan oscillators are not the best to be working
with if you are trying to
get to the root of what is taking place. They are interesting in their
own right and drive hundreds of
LED's under the right conditions, but do not allow for the maximum
observance of the "pseudo OU"
as you call it. To really explore this you need to use a more chaotic
configuration for an exciter, one similar
to what an EE would call a "Mis-fit Colpitts". You can find it by
looking for the 'Stiffler Exciter' design.
Sorry but we had a fire and my servers are gone for a time, a Google
Archive may pull one up.

Anyway the so called chaotic exciter or extremely bifurcating Colpitts
will offer a better return for the buck. You will be
able to see far greater "pseudo OU" from this exciter, in the range of
 >5 (As the Vorts would say, "Measurement Error")

Now you are correct and on the money on what you have observed. What I
claim as SEC or Spatial
Energy Coherence is indeed a capacitive phenomenon. And yes there are
multiple points that react in either
conventional or non-conventional ways. Many people have looked at and
walked away from this circuit out
of shear frustration and inability to identify what is taking place
within their frame of knowledge, "You believe
what you already know and cast out what you do not know".

One of the hardest parts of the puzzle to understand is if 'Displacement
Current' is not current in the traditional
sense, then if this is a result of 'Displacement Current' what is
causing the transformation back into traditional current to
allow for Heat production? If indeed this is only 'Displacement Current'
can we be obtaining the observed Heat? (This
does not apply to LED's, they still appear thermo neutral)

The word antenna causes me cold chills because many people on the
various forums found they could increase
LED brightness by adding antennae or large metallic mass at various
point in the circuits. I have tried to
quell this approach because it is counter productive. A floating
parasitic mass positioned properly will indeed
cause some rewarding return, but this mass is not an antenna and the
action is taking place in the space between
the circuit point and the mass.

You observance on why is there a difference in the alignment of colored
LED's is not new and if you do
indeed try the exciter of which I speak, I am sure that you will see
what is taking place, you are most
likely only a thought or two away already, I will share a paraphrase
from a very respected EE Ph.D., which
because of his position states this is nothing but junk science, let me
explain.

He has an insatiable passion for raising the most beautiful flowers.
When questioned on why he would not
openly support me and SEC, he answers this way.

"You know how hard and how much work it is to seek
Tenure and Tenure is like one of my most valued flowers, its
beauty and reward can be great indeed. Yet it takes much to
properly care for it, nurturing, protection and understanding.
Forget any one of these and the greatest of flowers will turn
brown and die before your eyes, never to recover and be what
it once was. I can not support SEC because it will damage my flower,
it's all that complex in its simplicity."

Okay, it does not take a rocket scientist to understand that :-) and I
fully respect a person for being honest
about where and why they stand.

His paraphrase on the LED color issue goes like this, more of a question
than an answer, but gets you to the
right answer in the end.

"If I were to take a plastic pipe and from one end to the other drill
holes that gradually increase in diameter and
place this pipe along side a row of my flowers and connect this pipe to
a pump that will pump water
and fertilizer, what would you expect the results to be? Will the
flowers grow better if they are provided
nutrient from the larger or the smaller holes? If I switch the pipe end
for end along a new row of flowers, will
the the observed growth pattern change accordingly and follow the first
test and observation?"

SEC is far from dead, in fact once all the dust has settled the people
that stuck with it are doing some very interesting
work, although now its off the forums where it should never have been
until much more was known about what was
taking place and how to control the beast. Its a shame that so many good
people did get frustrated with the speed and
changes taking place during the early stages. At least now replication
is very doable and is being done.
